  7. Long Term Care Accounting System package is for use in nursing homes. The
  8. program is a fully-integrated, modular accounting system built on the framework
  9. of SBT's data library. The system provides all major functions necessary to
  10. long term care facilities including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll,
  11. and accounts receivable. The general ledger function provides financial
  12. reporting and departmentalized accounting based on patient day census. It
  13. features automatic budget generation and maintenance. The payroll features
  14. departmental labor reporting, shift differential and all tax reporting
  15. including 94l, W-2S, printed, and magnetic media. The accounts payable feature
  16. includes automatic distribution of expense to the general ledger, as well as
  17. bank reconciliation. The accounts receivable feature provides census and
  18. ancillary billing with balance forward to accounts receivable. It supports
  19. advance billing and recurring charges, multiple sources of revenue per
  20. resident, and contractual allowances.
